I have been using Russell's for months now and have been very satisfied. The owners and their staff are very knowledgeable and when I call for some information or need a house call they are very quick with the information I need. Everyone is very friendly and being family-owned, once you know one family member, you know them all!
I would highly recommend their services.

I hope that the service will be better when the weather is nicer, but I am not sure, I know that maintaining a pool means staying on top of the regular brushing,vacuum,and chemical maintenance, that is why we have a year round maintenance instead of just seasonal, other wise it can be a must harder job, we feel that a little more time could've been spent to insure that they are working smart, I am sure that there is a check list an l feel that they Are not going by them,are day of maintenance was wednesday but she came on a raining thursday.
