I ordered a micro filter bag for my Dolphin pool robot on 9/28/09. I've been trying to contact this company ever since as to the status of my order. Many unanswered phone calls that go to voice mail with no returned calls. Unable to contact through e-mail or tracking address supplied.
Maybe now they will respond.
I'd never use this company again.
In the process of having credit card company track these people down and get my money back.
