Ed Horrell’s Tour of Excellence “Talk About Service” radio show presented us a certificate of award for consistently demonstrating outstanding customer service. We feature the most well stocked trucks in the industry. Our truck was featured in Pool & Spa Service Industry News as “The most efficient truck in the industry”. 90% of all calls are completed in one trip. Each truck is equipped with GPS tracking and a Laptop computer that is connected to the Server in the office. This gives our service techs access to our customer history as well as service manuals & suppliers inventory in your driveway. Our service techs have a combined experience of 80 years in the pool and spa industry. They are clearly identifiable by the company uniforms and well marked trucks. We have an A rating from both Angie’s List & the BBB.
