This company confirmed an appointment with us to come and service our pool pump and did not show up. When we called them the day after our scheduled appointment they said that they drove by our house, there was a truck in the driveway (my husbands truck)so they thought we had called a different pool co., and that they didn't think they could get the parts needed for our brand of pump.When asked why they didn't call to let us know they were not honoring their committment, the response was that they didn't feel like dealing with it. Consequently our pool has gone four days without filtering.I would strongly advise AGAINST using this company !
