Its not just the company "Naco" it is the owner Pete Ortiz and one of his sons Adrian Ortiz. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER ONE OF THEM. Adrian actually took $2000 that I made as a payment to pay for a class at UT. His father Pete knew about it, and said he was sorry and that he has done that before. WOW... My Kool Deck looks like crap!

Naco Pools are the absolute worst. We have a pool w/the poorest quality of work I have ever seen, it leaks, the lights do not work, the spa does not work. They will tell you anything to get the sale. But they do not, and CANNOT build a swimming pool. I have reported them to the BBB and am talking to an attorney. Someone needs to stop these people!! PLEASE DO NOT USE NACO POOLS you will end up like the others that have reviewed them. Out of a lot of money and a hole in your back yard.
