This company is a disaster. Pool was completed in June 2009, by December we had a leak, they sent a non English speaking person out to check, said it wasn't in plumbing, after 2 months leak was found by builder. It was in auto fill pipe. This has never been resolved after multiple attempts to contact. In addition, DE kept getting in pool, the warranty co covered replacing backwash, filter. Then a leak was found in spa heater from defective checkflo fitting. All products used on pool would have been under warranty, but alliance steel used different checkflo fitting so manufacture didn't cover. They won't return calls. Apparently they aren't concerned with reputation. Don't use this company. We are builders and have built several pools with properties. Never had this happen before. Alliance Steel & Plumbing is not a company we will ever recommend to our customers.
